Stayed at Barn Owl Lodge for 2 nights wished we could of stayed longer. A great location fantastic lodge with all mod cons really couldn't of asked for anything more. Lovely hosts will definatly be returning and recommending to friends and family. Karen & Alan Shaw
Relaxing and comfortable stay in great accommodation.
Booked direct and received a very friendly & helpful welcome during our 5 day stay visiting family nearby, and good interaction with hosts virtually daily. Highly recommend this very clean, modern and well equipped lodge with outside space to enjoy the evening sun! Would happily stay again. Alison and Vic

Super modern, clean and well stocked for a short break
Me and my partner stayed here to attend a wedding and it was fabulous! Very clean rooms lovely hosts and very convenient location for the beach and local town. Would highly reccomend.
I have stayed at the lodges on multiple occasions, where I am always met with a warm welcome. The owners maintain high standards within the lodges and it’s grounds and are always happy to help make your stay a good one. The rooms are very clean, fresh, spacious and well equipped, with free on site parking and easy access. The photos on their website and booking sites are a true representation of the accommodation and other reviews mirror the positive experience I have whilst staying here. In summary, it is a delight to stay at the Barn Owl Lodge, which I would highly recommend. Thanks for accommodating me and I look forward to the next time I visit.
Really conveniently located for my Lowestoft plans for the weekend. Super modern and clean room with everything you could need for a short stay.
Just right
Very nice, clean and spacious room with great en suite shower room and kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked with quality appliances .. no washer but you don’t need that. nWarm heating, towel rail , large tv and windows onto garden.nExcellent white fresh bedding, thick plush towels and great lawned area to sit out on .nPlace was quiet, plenty of parking .

Fabulous Lodge
We liked everything at the lodge. It was all modern and spacious. It was amazing. The bed was comfortable and clean. The internet was great. I liked the kitchen which has a lots of cupboard space and the hob/oven was easy to use. The bathroom was big in size and the shower easy to use. Parking is free and spacious. There are also picnic tables and chairs to sit on outside when the weather is nice. I highly recommend this lodge for a great place to stay.
Excellent place to stay. All very modern inside. The owners are super helpful. There's is a dual carriageway quite near the lodges but that didn't bother us. We'll definitely stay at the lodge again.

The setting was excellent modern facilities difficult but not impossible to get onto dual carriageway next to property.

Superb accommodation and very easy access. Modern, bright, private. Well laid out apartments with everything you need to cook, work or just relax. Lots of public footpaths right from the property to take advantage of the countryside when you're done working. No shops within reasonable walking distance so make sure you have everything you need before you crack the wine open.

Excellent Accommodation
Beautiful apartments offering everything you need for a break. Rooms are kitted to a very high standard including high quality towels and bedding, everything you need to cook with, smart TV and blueray player!nnJohn greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment and explained how everything works. He has clearly put a lot of time and money into the lodges and makes you feel very welcome!nnFantastic location which is very convenient to visit Gt Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Pleasurewood Hills and Africa Alive. Although it is situated on the A12 it is very quiet!nnWould definitely return if in the area.
Great place stayed 3days no problems, and very nice owners...the room was really nice with very nice kitchen and bathroom... would recommend 😀 👍
Lovely little break
Just got back from a lovely little break away to the seaside and a stay at Barn Owl Lodge. On arrival we were greeted by the owner and shown around the chalet that we had been allocated. He was extremely friendly and couldnt have been more helpful.nThe room was very well equipped with everything that we could have needed for our stay.The surrounding area of the Lodge was very well kept and we spent quite a bit of time in the grassed yard area, sitting out at the table for drinks and our meals. We had scheduled a little BBQ of our own and the owners even offered us the use of their gas BBQ. nAll in all we had a very pleasant few days here and felt very relaxed by the time we left.nWould definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in this area.nMany thanks to the friendly owners.
Cracking little lodges, great hosts and location is spot on. Situated directly between Yarmouth and lowestoft. We stayed for 2 nights and would have stayed for a 3rd if they wasn't fully booked up. John and his family were really nice and the lodges are finished to a good standard. Executive describes them to a tee. There is a main road outside the property but wasn't a issue. There is also a water treatment plant near by but again wasn't a issue for us over the weekend. We would recommend these lodges to anyone staying in the area and will definitely be in contact in the future when visiting. Great find!
These self catering rooms are beautifully finished. From modern kitchen too fully tiled bathroom! The accommodation is very modern and no experience been spared! They also have smart TVs and blue ray DVD players, would and have recommended this place to friends! 😀

The apartment was very clean and modern with everything you need for your stay. Very peaceful considering its beside the A12. Ideal for visiting Gt Yarmouth or Lowestoft. Cant fault anything. Much better than a hotel which I had originally planned ..... would definitely recommend.n

1st class accomadation, finished to high standard and always made very welcome. Stayed here a good few times with work.
Very lovely place to stay and well run by a lovely family that made me feel welcome every time I stayed.
Barn owl lodge is a great place to stay. Very comfortable, clean and very up to date. It's not far from anything and the family will help with what they can always felt very welcome on every return visit, hopefully will be back to stay in 2016
